Falling for Fall

Although it is not officially fall just yet, I can't stop browsing for fall fashion pieces and beauty trends. I've been living on Pinterest, pinning everything from plaid blouses to pumpkin glazed donuts. Everywhere you look people are prepping for fall - whether it be at your local Starbucks (pumpkin spice latte's really are that good), in your favorite magazines (Elle and Vouge's huge September issues), or on a trip to Homegoods (current Halloween overload), you can't help but start to get excited for the upcoming sweater-weather season. Below you will see some pieces I've got my eye on for fall. Think berry tones, animal print, and layers upon layers of jewelry.

Summer Statement Rings: White, Gold, & Turquoise

Since you're just starting your week, I thought I'd distract you a little longer with a ton of pretty little rings to look at! Only, they're not really that little because they are all in the statement ring category with the intention of drawing some attention to your fingers (nail polish post next?). The great thing about statement rings is that they can totally add a little pop of color or style, yet are subtle enough because they aren't as in your face as say a statement necklace. Since my style is more simplistic in the summer, I still need that little something to fill the void of all of my (temporarily) left behind fashion jewelry.  I pop one of these little babes on my middle or pointer finger and I'm good to go.

 I have been loving the look of my white and gold druzy stone ring that I found on Etsy and have included some similar styles below. I am also looking to get one of the turquoise rings from below - I think the color is absolutely gorgeous for summer! Oh, and they're all either $50 or under - yay :)

An Underrated Accessory - The Phone Case

Today's post is about one of the most important and underrated accessory out there - your phone case! Think about it. You take your cell phone EVERYWHERE with you, and usually its in your hand, or on your desk, exposed to the world. If you forget it somewhere or can't seem to find it cue the panic attack. Your precious piece of technology needs the protection of a case, so why not have a cute one? If you've had the same old phone case for a while now and need some inspiring new styles, look below! Now some are designer brands, which means they are more expensive, but I've included others that you can find for cheap that are just as cute. I can't even really pick a favorite, I love them all! I'm sure you'll find out from my Instagram which one I choose. ;)
