Since the weather is getting a little bit warmer, and the
layers are getting a little bit lighter, it’s also time to finally put away
those overly worn boots you’ve been sporting all winter long. I still have yet
to do so, and considering I am writing this post while wearing my go-to combat
boots, I think it’s time to finally hang them up. Or at least just throw them
in the back of my closet until next year. In order to do so, I need to shop for
spring shoes first! Which brings me to the first spring shoe trend I will be
looking to flaunt – the pointed flat. These are literally everywhere and come in
so many different colors, textures, patterns and prints. Personally, I’ll be on
the lookout for a classic black pair, and maybe a more of-the-moment floral
pair. Here are some I’ve had my eye on:

Recent Online Fall Purchases
I always tend to go a little more shopping crazy than usual during the fall, but I also try to be smart about it. All of the below items were bought online, which means I definitely used a promo code. If there is anything you can take away from this post, let it be this: always always search for a promo code before you make an online purchase! I typically do a google search of the store name and then adding "promo code" and a ton of options show up. The site I end up getting most of my codes from is called RetailMeNot. Highly recommend you checking them out, especially if you are an online shopper like me!
Here are some of the items I have recently purchased online (with promo codes!):

Top 5 Fall Essentials featuring Raise.com
Happy Fall Everyone! According to my google search, the Autumnal Equinox brings us into the fall season tonight around 10:30 PM Eastern time. Today, I just so happen to have an entire post dedicated to fall. I was inspired by a company called Raise.com to create a post featuring my top 5 essentials for the fall season. If you haven't yet heard of Raise.com, it's the first online marketplace to buy and sell gift cards where you can buy them at a discounted price or sell them for other gift cards or cash. I am a huge fan of gift cards! I always tell people that when in doubt, just get me a gift card to one of my favorite stores. However, there are those times when I get a gift card at places I typically don't shop, which is where Raise comes in and saves the day. I'm able to sell my unwanted gift card and in return get a different gift card to a place where I'll actually use it. Win-win! There's also a ton of e-gift cards that you can buy for a discounted price, so before you online shop without a promo code (I never buy anything online without a discount code or at least free shipping), you'll be able to get that discount through Raise! Be sure to check them out right here and check out my top 5 fall essentials below!

Summer Statement Rings: White, Gold, & Turquoise
Since you're just starting your week, I thought I'd distract you a little longer with a ton of pretty little rings to look at! Only, they're not really that little because they are all in the statement ring category with the intention of drawing some attention to your fingers (nail polish post next?). The great thing about statement rings is that they can totally add a little pop of color or style, yet are subtle enough because they aren't as in your face as say a statement necklace. Since my style is more simplistic in the summer, I still need that little something to fill the void of all of my (temporarily) left behind fashion jewelry. I pop one of these little babes on my middle or pointer finger and I'm good to go.
I have been loving the look of my white and gold druzy stone ring that I found on Etsy and have included some similar styles below. I am also looking to get one of the turquoise rings from below - I think the color is absolutely gorgeous for summer! Oh, and they're all either $50 or under - yay :)
